2 weeks after receipt of filled in applications

Ratification of NRI admissions in MCA/MBA colleges
One week after receipt of the list from the colleges

Grievances of Polytechnic students
Immediate depending on the severity 1 to 6 days. In case of enquiries it may take more time

Miscellaneous representations (like fee refund, allotments, extension of last date)
